Tony Hewston is an accomplished compensation professional with extensive experience in leading compensation strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since September 2022, Tony previously held the role of Director of Global Compensation at Quaker Houghton and spent over 16 years at GSK, where responsibilities included heading US Compensation Operations for over 16,000 employees and managing global compensation projects for more than 100,000 employees across 140 countries. With a strong educational background including a Six Sigma certification and degrees in Business & Human Resources, Tony has demonstrated expertise in driving strategic initiatives, designing job evaluation frameworks, and providing expert guidance on corporate compensation policies.
