Shubhra Sahay

Shubhra Sahay has had extensive experience in HR and management roles. Shubhra started their career as a Manager at SILICL in 1992, where they were responsible for establishing workforce and HR practices. Shubhra then joined JBM Auto Ltd in 2007 as a General Manager, leading the Auto Ancilliary Operational Group consisting of five units. In this role, they managed talent acquisition, performance management, HR systems, and policy formulation. Most recently, they were the Head of HR for the OEM Division at JBM Group, where they handled end-to-end HR responsibilities.

Shubhra Sahay obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in PM&IR from Xavier Institute of Social Service from 1988 to 1990.
