Lucas Almeida Faustini

Lucas Almeida Faustini serves as the General Manager at JBS USA since January 2018, where responsibilities include leading team development and ensuring product quality. Previously, Lucas held various managerial roles at JBS, including Customer Service Manager, Logistics Manager, Quality Manager, HR Manager, and Production Supervisor, each role focusing on operational efficiency, quality control, and team growth. Prior experience includes an International Leadership Trainee position and safety and planning internships at GTFoods Group and Teles Hidráulica, respectively. Lucas holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Maringá, complemented by a Green Belt certification in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Currently, Lucas pursues further education in Corporate Finance at Colorado State University.
