Cezary Mroz

Cezary Mroz is a seasoned engineering and technology leader with extensive experience in research and development, product commercialization, and innovation across various companies in the packaging machinery sector. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at JBT Corporation since December 2020, Cezary Mroz oversees all R&D functions and leads the development of new products for JBT Protein North America. Prior roles include VP of Innovation & Engineering at ProMach, where oversight of engineering teams and product development strategies was crucial, and Chief Applications & Innovation Engineer at Spee-Dee Packaging Machinery, where innovative engineering approaches were implemented. Cezary Mroz's academic credentials include a Master’s in Engineering Management from Valparaiso University and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Purdue University, complemented by teaching experience at Purdue institutions.
