Mike Richardson

Mike Richardson is an accomplished engineering professional with over 19 years of experience in design and engineering roles. Since August 2010, Mike has held various positions at JCB, progressing from Design Engineer to Senior Design Engineer, and currently serves as Principal Engineer. Prior to JCB, Mike worked at Clayton Equipment Ltd as a Design Engineer, focusing on mining and service locomotives, and at Roger Bullivant Limited, where design efforts were directed towards piling and ground stabilization equipment. Mike began their career as an Apprentice Maintenance Engineer at J B Kind LTD, gaining experience in planned preventative maintenance and machine breakdown resolution. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Technology: Mechanical Engineering from Staffordshire University, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
