Kenya Battles

Kenya Battles is an experienced professional in the fields of employment training and banking management. Currently serving as an Employment Training Specialist at the Jewish Community Council of Greater Coney Island since August 2017, Kenya assists clients through the IPS Supported Employment program to achieve competitive employment aligned with their vocational goals. Simultaneously, Kenya has held a managerial role at CCSB since August 2015. Prior experience includes positions as Branch Manager and Vice President/Branch Manager at Capital One and HSBC Bank USA, respectively, where responsibilities included managing branch operations, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with performance standards, and achieving key performance indicators. Kenya holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix.
