Margareta Alestig

Margareta Alestig is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in board governance, finance, and sustainability. Currently serving as Chair of the Board at Erik Thun Group since September 2020, Margareta also holds positions as a Member of the Nomination Committee at Knowit and Deputy Chair of the Board at Inission. Additionally, Margareta is a Board Member for several organizations, including Wallenius Wilhelmsen, Svenska Fribrevsbolaget Försäkring, Tjörns Sparbank, and Brännehylte Lagersystem AB. Previous roles include Deputy Managing Director at Sjätte AP-fonden and Acting Managing Director at Green Cargo. Margareta's educational background includes a Graduate Business Administrator degree from Örebro University and various management and board training programs.
