Samir Sinha has a decade of experience in the staffing industry. Samir started their career as a Technical Recruiter at FCS Software Solutions Ltd in 2004, where they worked closely with Sales/Account Managers to fulfill client requirements. Samir then moved on to Primus Software Corp., where they continued working as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in IT placements for reputable clients across the USA. In 2006, they joined Varite Inc as an Astt. Manager, responsible for managing a team of recruiters, setting targets, and overseeing training and mentoring. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Jconnect Infotech Inc, where they have successfully created a global network of skilled professionals to help clients achieve their mission-critical projects.

Samir Sinha completed their MCA degree in IT & Computers at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a BCA degree in Computers from the same institute from 1998 to 2001. Their earlier education includes obtaining an ISC degree in PCM from De Nobili CMRI,DHANBAD from 1984 to 1998. Samir also holds various certifications in Executive Leadership, Leadership and Team Development, improving Leadership Communications, Leadership: Practical Skills, Diversity Recruiting, Talent Management, Tips for Writing Business Emails, and Professional - Level 1 and 2 in Core HRM. Samir is also a Confluence Certified Recruiter.
