Steve Ramey

Steve Ramey is an experienced real estate executive currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate at JCPenney since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ramey held various leadership positions at Designer Brands from December 2006 to May 2023, including Vice President of Real Estate & Store Construction and Senior Director of Real Estate. Ramey's career also includes serving as Senior Director of Real Estate at KB Toys and Director of Real Estate at Gap Inc. Additionally, Ramey has extensive experience from a prior tenure as Leasing Rep/Director of Real Estate at KB Toys. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The Ohio State University, a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School, and a Master’s in Sports Administration from Ohio University.
