Rhys Anderson

Rhys Anderson is a seasoned professional in revenue growth and commercial operations, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Revenue Growth for JDE Peet's in the UK and Ireland since April 2024. Prior to this role, Rhys held the position of Global RGM Capability Director at Nomad Foods from September 2022 to April 2024, and served as the RGM Director for Western Europe and South Africa at Monster Energy between April 2020 and October 2022. Rhys also contributed to Reckitt as the Head of Commercial Operations & Analytics from January 2018 to March 2020 and worked at Mars as a Strategy Manager from September 2015 to December 2017. Rhys has an academic background in Politics and Economics, having earned a degree from the University of Nottingham.
