Brian Thompson has extensive experience in the restaurant and retail industries. Brian began their career in 1996 as an Area Supervisor, Managing Partner, General Manager, and Manager at Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex. During their tenure at Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex, they achieved multiple promotions, gaining progressive responsibilities and influence based on exceptional leadership and impeccable performance. Brian reported directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors and served as a senior executive propelling the overall corporate strategy. Brian oversaw operations for $55M+ in annual revenue, developed and maintained budgets and financials, seven direct reports, 52 General Managers, 180+ Managers, and a 1. In 2019, Brian joined Relentless Restaurant Consulting as President, and American Natural as Senior Vice President of Retail Operations. At American Natural, they were exclusively selected to perform as a strategic executive position driving the strategic direction throughout 18 locations. Brian also oversaw retail operations for multiple branded and independent Exxon gas and convenience stores across the Greater Pittsburgh area. Brian spearheaded the transition from a retail operation business model to an e-commerce structure and direct-to-consumer provider for snacks and grocery boxes generating a 12% increase in revenue throughout the pandemic. In 2022, Brian joined JDK Management Company as Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations.
