Jim McFarlane

Jim founded Explorer Software in 1984 when he acquired a construction industry accounting solution called Contract Manager from a large, vertically integrated heavy construction company. Jim is a visionary who has been instrumental in sourcing international acquisitions and integrating acquired businesses, growing the Company significantly over the years. Jim is responsible for establishing the Company’s strategic direction and has formed a very capable senior management team to oversee day-to-day operations.
