Clare Tomlinson

Clare Tomlinson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and people technology. Currently serving as Director of People Technology at JD Sports Fashion plc since April 2017, Clare leads initiatives to design and implement HRIS and improve key processes within the organization. Previous roles include Associate Director of People Operations & Reward at JD Sports, where responsibilities encompassed HRIS, payroll, and employment compliance, and Head of HR Transformation and Change, overseeing the JD HR Transformation programme. Clare's prior experience includes senior management positions at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as an Assistant Officer role at HM Revenue & Customs. Clare holds a BSc in Business Studies from The University of Salford and is a Chartered Tax Advisor from the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
