James Willis

James Willis is an experienced professional with over 14 years at JDR Cable Systems, currently serving as the Test and Termination Team Leader, responsible for testing Subsea Power cables and Umbilicals, including High Voltage and electrical testing. Prior to this role, James spent 1.5 years as a production operator, with significant experience operating various machines, particularly as a carousel driver. Earlier career experience includes a role at Unipres from March 1998 to July 2009 as a production operator, where James manufactured steel components and worked as a MIG welder. James completed education at Dyke House Comprehensive from 1989 to 1994.
