William Scudder

William T. Scudder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in structural engineering and residential design. As the Director of the Structural Engineering Design Department at JDS Consulting since August 2012, William T. Scudder also owns and operates Blue Door Designs and BuildRight, Inc., offering residential design and building contracting services. Additionally, William T. Scudder has a background in real estate analysis and project management, having served as Managing Partner at The Vending Team, LLC, and held various positions at Landworx Inc. and Whistler Investment Group, LLC. An architectural design and technology graduate from Wake Technical Community College, William T. Scudder brings a comprehensive skill set spanning design, construction, and project feasibility to every endeavor.
