Tim Fox

Tim has over 30 years of experience in financial markets, working in global banking and insurance firms as well as consulting. Tim has held a number of senior global positions and spent much of his career building teams, running organizations, and delivering programs across technology, operations, and change functions.

Prior to joining JDX, he was Global Head of International Banking Operations Technology & Change at Royal Bank of Scotland where he delivered migration of the global FX and MM Operations involving 750,000 trades / £2 trillion value. Governance, communication, change management, benefits tracking, cost reduction, global team structure & responsibilities were revamped across FX, MM, and Lending improving reliability & quality and reducing the cost of support & change.
