Jocelyn Granger

Jocelyn Granger has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Jocelyn started as a Project Officer at CN in 1990 before moving on to M3i Systems/CGI, where they served as a Software Team Leader for nearly a decade. Granger then joined Convergent Group as a Technical Subject Matter Expert in Outage Management Systems before taking on various managerial roles at JEA, including Manager, GIS & Engineering Systems, Manager, Technology Innovation Initiatives, Manager Technology Solution Development, and currently as the Principal Enterprise Architect. Throughout their career, Granger has demonstrated a strong ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and provide strategic direction to their teams.

Jocelyn Granger attended Laval Catholic High School from 1982 to 1984, where they obtained a DES. Jocelyn later pursued further education at CEGEP - John Abbott College from 1989 to 1992, earning a DEC in Computer Science.
