Stefanie Monroe

Stefanie Monroe is an experienced professional in analytics and research, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Analytics at JEA since December 2022. Previously, Stefanie held the position of Manager of Business Analytics at OGE Energy Corp from March 2019 to December 2022 and worked as the Database Marketing & Analytics Manager at MidFirst Bank from October 2014 to March 2019. Earlier roles include serving as an Environmental Research Analyst at Oak Ridge National Laboratory from July 2008 to October 2014 and as a Statistician at Y-12 National Security Complex from May 2007 to June 2008. Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics & Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics, both obtained from Miami University between 2004 and 2007.
