Ginger Roether

Ginger Roether, PE, currently serves as Vice President of Power and Heavy Industrial and General Manager at Jedson Engineering since July 2021. Prior to this role, Ginger held multiple leadership positions at HDR from May 2013 to July 2021, including Client Development Leader and Sr. Project Manager. Ginger's experience also includes roles at CG Power Solutions, Inc. as Manager of Engineering, and earlier positions such as Manager SCADA at The United Illuminating Company and Manager of Transmission Protection and Substations at KU. Ginger's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Management from the University of Louisville and Indiana Wesleyan University, respectively.
