Hadar Bar-Kat

Hadar Bar-Kat is the CPO at Jeeng, a previous employee engagement and internal communication senior consultant at Laniado Communication & PR, and has also held the position of HR and organizational development manager at Jewish Agency and project manager for organizational development at Bank Hapoalim.

Hadar has extensive experience in organizational development and helping teams lead change within an organization. Hadar has a proven track record in managing budgets and resources, as well as developing HR departments from scratch.

Hadar is a highly effective communicator with a deep understanding of how to engage employees and create a positive work environment. Hadar is passionate about their work and takes great satisfaction in helping organizations run more smoothly and efficiently.

Hadar Bar-Kat holds a BA in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, a Masters in Strategic Organizational Development and Consulting from The College of Management Academic Studies, and is a Practitioner Certified Coach through the Adler Institute.
