Marina Åkerman

Marina Akerman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and service delivery. Currently serving as the Chief Delivery Officer at Jeeves ERP since February 2012, Marina oversees the development of Professional Services, Support & Education, and Managed Services functions. Previous roles at Jeeves include Director Support and VP Support & IT, where responsibilities encompassed the strategic and operational management of support functions for various ERP customers. Prior to Jeeves, Marina held positions at Open Text as Customer Support Manager for StreamServe and at Streamserve AB in various technical and managerial capacities. Education includes a University Diploma in Leadership and Organization from Linnaeus University and studies at Blekinge Institute of Technology.
