Jesús Grau

Jesús Grau's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Jesús is currently working as a Service Designer at Jeff.com since September 2020. Prior to this, they founded Mama Paella in Melbourne in 2018, where they offered tailor-made Spanish food packages for various occasions. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Service Designer consultant for Celextina, helping them redefine their strategy and customer journey. Jesús Grau also has extensive experience at Orange, where they held roles such as Senior UX Designer for Strategic Projects, Innovation Project Manager, and Senior Network Operations Engineer. In these positions, they were responsible for designing and delivering customer-centric experiences, identifying new business opportunities, leading innovation projects, and managing network operations for government entities and special events.

Jesús Grau's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Jesús pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Telecommunications Engineering and completed their studies in 2006.

Afterward, Jesús Grau attended La Salle BCN from 2007 to 2009 to obtain a Master's degree in Project Management. During this period, they focused on enhancing their skills in managing projects effectively.

In 2018, Jesús Grau furthered their education by attending Danford College, where they pursued an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management. Jesús graduated from this program in 2020. During their time at Danford College, Jesús Grau learned various aspects of business, management, marketing, and related support services.

In addition to their formal education, Jesús Grau also obtained a certification in UX Design: 6 Paper Prototyping from LinkedIn in May 2018. This certification showcases their proficiency in user experience design and their ability to create interactive paper prototypes.
