Amanda H. possesses extensive legal experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Jefferies since July 2011, overseeing sales and trading legal matters. Prior to that, Amanda held various positions at Prudential Financial and was responsible for negotiating complex agreements related to global commodities. Experience includes roles at Sumitomo Trust and Banking, where Amanda negotiated securities lending documents, and at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, focusing on banking and finance. Amanda began their career as a paralegal at Kossoff & Unger. Academically, Amanda earned a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fordham University.
