Eric Donaldson

Eric Donaldson is an experienced industrial technology investment banker currently serving as a senior member of the Jefferies Industrial Technology Investment Banking team since November 2022. Prior to this role, Eric co-founded Loon Advisors in 2019 and held the position of Senior Managing Director until July 2022. Eric's background includes strategic and financial roles at TMRW Life Sciences, Inc., where responsibilities involved the innovative ivfOS™ platform, and as an investment banker at Rothschild & Co, focusing on sectors such as MedTech and Life Sciences. Earlier experience also includes a position as an Equity Research Associate at Berenberg Capital Markets. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
