Pamela Dickstein

Pamela Dickstein currently serves as the Global Head of Recruiting and the Global Head of Campus Recruiting at Jefferies since January 2019. Prior to this role, Pamela founded PSD Consulting, LLC, focusing on strategy and human resources services for the alternative asset management industry from January 2015 to December 2018. Previous experience includes positions in Prime Brokerage Sales at Bank of America Business and as Managing Director at Novus Partners, Inc., where Pamela specialized in analytics for hedge fund managers. Pamela's extensive background also encompasses over 14 years at Goldman Sachs in various prime brokerage roles, alongside earlier experience as a Senior Human Resources Associate at Arthur Andersen. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
