Samuel Young

Samuel Young is an experienced professional in data science and analytics with a comprehensive background in education and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as an Instructor at Jefferson College since July 2019, Samuel has also held significant positions such as Security Data Science Director at Great-West Financial and Director of Data Science at BI Incorporated. Prior work experience includes roles as Director of Advanced Analytics at Charles Schwab, Senior Information Analyst and Senior Analytical Specialist at Kaiser Permanente, Vice President at Catalina Health Resource, Systems Engineer II at SAS, and Director of Statistical Research at AT&T. Samuel holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Decision Science from Saint Louis University, a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Arkansas State University, along with an associate degree in Mathematics from Williams Baptist College.
