Carnell H.

Carnell H. has extensive experience in maintenance and building repair, currently serving as the Chief of Building Maintenance at the Jefferson County Commission since September 2013, after holding the position of Senior Maintenance Repair Worker. Prior to this, Carnell worked as a Maintenance Repair Worker for the City of Birmingham from January 2007 to September 2013, where responsibilities included the restoration of historical structures, maintenance of government buildings, logistics for outdoor events and festivals, and coordinating museum exhibits. Carnell’s career began at the Jefferson County Roads and Transportation, where employment as a Skilled Laborer lasted from June 1999 to December 2006.
