Cindy Koch

Cindy Koch, MSLS, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Jefferson Healthcare, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Cindy held various roles at MultiCare Health System from May 2004 to June 2023, including Director of Operations, where significant achievements included leading the establishment of three Respiratory Clinics during the COVID-19 pandemic and overseeing the expansion of nine primary care clinics. As a Regional Manager, Cindy managed 16 medical specialty clinics, enhancing patient satisfaction rankings significantly. Additionally, Cindy served as a HIPAA Privacy Consultant/Officer, overseeing compliance for an integrated health system with extensive operational scope. Cindy holds a Master's Degree in Legal Studies from Kaplan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix.
