Ryan Barbry

Ryan Barbry has a diverse work experience, starting as a Hydraulic Mechanic at Central Hydraulic from May 2008 to August 2015. Ryan then worked as a Radiology Technologist at Sparks Health System from September 2015 to August 2017. Following that, Barbry joined Arkansas Children's as a Radiology Technologist from July 2017 to August 2019. Ryan further expanded their skills as a Medical Dosimetry Intern at Baylor Scott & White Health from August 2019 to August 2020. Barbry continued their career as a Medical Dosimetrist at SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS ONCOLOGY, PA (Formerly Arkansas Cancer Institute) starting from August 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Medical Dosimetrist at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Pine Bluff from June 2022 till present.

Ryan Barbry holds a Master's degree in Medical Dosimetry from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, which they obtained from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy from Arkansas State University. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Imaging Sciences Leadership and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith from 2014 to 2017. Ryan also pursued a minor in Business Administration from the same university during the period of 2013 to 2017. Ryan holds certifications as a Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) from the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board and as an RT (R) (T) from The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
