Roger Davila

Roger Davila is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and grant management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and previously as Chief of Staff & Grant Management Coordinator at the Jeffrey Modell Foundation since January 2019, Roger has demonstrated strong leadership in institutional fundraising and operational management. Prior to this role, Roger spent over seven years at The Eagle Academy Foundation, Inc. as Operations & Development Grants Manager and Senior Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day office operations and development fundraising. Earlier experiences include directing constituent affairs for a New York State Senate district office and serving as a constituent liaison for the New York City Council. Roger began their career with the New York Mets as a Senior Counselor at the Baseball Academy. Educationally, Roger holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from Lehman College.
