Cristiane Maiato began their career in 1995 as an intern at CEPEL, where they collected and analyzed data for the implementation of solar energy systems in small communities, provided technical support for the installation of alternative energy systems, and developed and maintained systems using Visual Basic 3. In 1997, they joined Pix Software as an Analyst and Programmer of micro-informatics systems, providing support and maintenance for the implemented systems. Her major projects included a management system for the Roberto Marinho Foundation, a billing, stock, and PDV system for Fossil, Modamania, and Inega, and a Help Desk system for Pix. In 1999, they joined Unisys as an Analyst. In 2002, they became a Coordinator of IT at Claro, where they managed the IT support and production area for CRM, HR, billing, numbering, collection, guiding, and provisioning. Her major projects included the implementation of the PeopleSoft CRM in the Claro's customer service environment. In 2011, they joined NET Serviços de Comunicação S/A as a Coordinator of IT, where they were responsible for the project of implementing a billing system (Amdocs). In 2015, they joined Nextel Brasil as a Manager of IT Operations, where they managed the production and support systems of ERP (Oracle EBS - billing, finance, logistics, tax and accounting), BI and Big Data, HR (Totvs) and corporate systems. In 2019, they joined Qsaúde as a Manager of IT, where they were responsible for structuring the startup's area from conception to operation. Finally, in 2021, they became the CTO of Jeitto.
Cristiane Maiato began their education at the Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica (CEFET-RJ) in 1992, where they completed their degree in Engineering with a focus in Electronics in 1997. In 1998, they continued their education at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ), where they completed a Post-Graduation in Analysis, Projects, and System Management in 1999.
