Henrique Novak

Henrique Novak has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and operations. Henrique started as a Business Analyst at the Center for Leadership Studies do Brasil - CLSB from January 2015 to June 2017.

Henrique then worked at WeWork as a Latin America, Strategy & Growth Operations Intern from December 2018 to July 2019, where they supported various sales operations responsibilities and processes, including goal setting and forecasting in multiple Latin American countries. Henrique also trained local teams on disciplines such as retention and acquisition. Henrique then moved on to the role of Latin America, Growth Strategy & Operations Senior Associate from July 2019 to April 2020, where they played a major role in the restructuring of the LATAM Sales Org. Henrique was responsible for developing mathematical models for decision making, data analysis, and visualizations. Henrique also managed core sales operations activities and was the main support person for enablement of tools and processes.

Henrique then worked at Gympass as a Global Sales Strategy & Operations Specialist from April 2020 to October 2020, where they implemented major sales tools and streamlined variable compensation processes.

Henrique joined Loft as an Operations Manager - Data n'Hacks from October 2020 to September 2021, leading a team and being responsible for implementing Salesforce and improving data governance and processes. Henrique then transitioned to the role of Supply Operations Lead from September 2021 to December 2021, where they implemented Salesforce for the Supply team and amplified supply sales through better data governance and visualization.

From November 2021 to October 2022, at Loft, they worked as a Senior Data Scientist, responsible for models such as risk assessment and supply conversion. Henrique also led the construction of the Data area Roadmap and deployed data warehouse and tools on AWS. Henrique developed automated ETLs, conducted market analysis, and implemented A/B testing frameworks. Henrique also worked on ML-Ops pipelines and developed ML models for risk and product pricing.

Currently, Henrique is working at Jeitto as a Senior Data Scientist since April 2023.

Henrique Novak earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a focus on Math and Communication from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2018 to 2020. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Data Science and Analytics at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, from 2022 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, Henrique has also obtained certification as a Data Scientist through the program "Data Science for All - Certified Data Scientist" offered by Correlation One.
