Fainta Susilo Negoro

Fainta Susilo Negoro has a diverse work experience in the field of sustainability and environmental management. Their most recent role was as the Country Business Sustainability Deputy Head at Syngenta, where they developed and implemented a sustainability strategy to support business growth and led initiatives in climate change mitigation. Prior to that, they co-founded PT Cendekia Iklim Indonesia and served on the executive board of the Alliance for Water Stewardship - Indonesia. At Jejakin, they worked as the Chief Impact Officer, and at Multi Bintang Indonesia, they were the Head of Sustainability and Partnership. Fainta also held various roles at Danone and Danone Aqua, where they focused on water stewardship, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility. Furthermore, they worked at ChildFund International and the International Fund for Agricultural Development, specializing in agriculture, rural community development, and natural resources management.

Fainta Susilo Negoro completed a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture - Soil Science from the University of Jember from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, Fainta obtained a certification in GRI Sustainability Reporting Process from the National Center for Sustainability Reporting in 2013.
