Amanda Arnold

Amanda Arnold, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources. Amanda is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for Enterprise Functions at JELD-WEN, Inc., a position they assumed in 2024. Prior to this, they held the role of HR Senior Director for Residential HVAC and HR Director for Commercial HVAC at Carrier from 2021 to 2024. From 2016 to 2021, Amanda served as the HR Director for Mission Networks and HR Director for Corporate Functions at L3Harris Technologies. Amanda began their HR career at Honeywell in 2012, where they worked as a Talent Management Specialist and Senior OD Specialist. Prior to that, Amanda gained experience as an HRLP Intern at GE and worked as a Unit Clerk/Patient Care Assistant at Bronson Methodist Hospital. Overall, Amanda Arnold has held various HR leadership positions, showcasing their expertise in strategic HR partnership, talent management, organization development, and employee relations.

Amanda Arnold, PHR, holds a Masters degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Amanda also has additional certifications including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in November 2015, and the National OD Certification from the National Training Labs, obtained in 2016. In 2013, they also obtained the PROFILOR PDI Certification and the Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification from Honeywell.
