Craig Sumner

Craig Sumner has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Craig began their career as an Onsite Manager at Innovative Staff Solutions in December 2013 and later became a Human Resources Manager at Eagle Wings Industries, Inc. in January 2015. In April 2016, they joined JELD-WEN, Inc. as a Regional Human Resources Manager, and progressively moved up the ranks, holding positions such as Regional Human Resources Director, North America HR Director, and Senior Director Human Resources. As of January 2023, Craig is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at JELD-WEN, Inc.

Craig Sumner earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Illinois State University in 2013. Craig then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University in 2016. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they also completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Parkland College in 2011. In 2016, Craig obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
