Mike Schipper

Mike Schipper has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology.

Mike started their career at Electronic Data Systems in 2005, where they served as the EDS Account Manager and IT Director for the Goodrich Sensor Systems business. In this role, they managed the IT Outsourcing contract, budget, and team for infrastructure, desktop, business application, and engineering IT functions.

In 2008, Mike joined Goodrich as the IT Director for Sensors & Integrated Systems (SIS), overseeing infrastructure, desktop, business application, and engineering IT services. Mike successfully deployed a common Teamcenter PLM system and led the migration to SAP across all SIS sites.

In 2012, they transitioned to United Technologies Aerospace Systems (UTAS) as the IT Director for SAP Implementation Delivery. Mike played a key role in the core SAP Program Leadership team and was responsible for project deliverables.

In 2013, Mike joined Ingersoll Rand as the IT Director for the Oracle Center of Excellence (CoE). Mike supported the deployment and support of the universal Oracle ERP system and led a global Oracle CoE shared services organization.

Mike later took on the role of IT Director for Global Integrated Supply Chain (GISC) at Ingersoll Rand, where they partnered with GISC leaders to define business capability and application roadmaps. Mike achieved cost reduction and productivity improvements through the implementation of IT solutions.

Most recently, Mike Schipper is currently working at JELD-WEN, Inc. as the Vice President of IT for North America. Mike is accountable for defining and executing JELD-WEN's North America IT strategy and driving improved business value with IT solutions.

Mike Schipper earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University.
