Ayush U has a diverse professional background, currently serving in a business role at Jellybean since February 2023, where the focus is on enhancing employee benefits experiences. Prior experience includes a role as Program Manager at Kapture CX, where Ayush contributed to transforming customer experiences through automation from September to December 2022. At Nova Benefits, from November 2020 to February 2022, Ayush excelled as both Business Development Lead for Mid Market and Sales Head for SMB, playing a crucial role in the company's growth from seed funding to Series A. Ayush's entrepreneurial journey began as the Founder of Izhaar, an artist-driven event management firm, where collaboration and innovation led to successful events from March 2019 to April 2020. Educationally, Ayush holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Institute for Excellence in Higher Education, Bhopal, completed in June 2019.
