Francisco Vilaça Santos

Francisco Vila currently serves as the CEO of Arabella Hoteles e Inversiones, a position held since 2009, where responsibilities include overall strategy formulation and operational oversight in the real estate, golf, and hotel sectors. Previously, from 2002 to 2008, Francisco held the role of Director Financiero, managing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, while also overseeing centralized treasury and tax planning. Francisco began the career as Head Controller at Arabella Hospitality SE from 1996 to 2001. Educational qualifications include an Executive Leadership degree from Otto Walter International, a Leadership Seminar from SGMI Management Institut St. Gallen, and a tax course from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros.
