Nicole Alrubaiy

Nicole Alrubaiy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Jellyfish since July 2023, Nicole previously held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Clari from April 2022 to July 2023, and at Ping Identity from January 2016 to April 2022, where Nicole established a global proactive Customer Success team. Participation in the High Potential Leader Program at Vista Equity Partners highlights Nicole's potential as a future executive. With a solid foundation in solution design at ServiceSource and roles that include managing teams for data analysis and sales, Nicole's career began with early positions in marketing and pharmacy. Educational accomplishments include a B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communication from Winthrop University and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Colorado Denver.
