Susanne Carr

Susanne Carr has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Susanne is currently the VP Creator Financial Experiences at Jellysmack since 2022. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they worked at Railsr as the Director of Product | Financial Experiences, where they played a crucial role in designing, building, and launching a turnkey Credit Card as a Service solution. From 2019 to 2020, Susanne was the Director of Product I Financial Products at Uber, where they developed the first integrated banking experience under the Uber Money brand, focusing on drivers' earnings and financial control. Before that, they worked at Wells Fargo in various roles. From 2016 to 2019, they were the VP Product I Greenhouse by Wells Fargo, leading the creation of a new behavioral banking experience for underbanked customers. Prior to that, they served as the Digital Strategy Lead and Product Lead, working on strategic initiatives and building stronger connections with customers through shared values. Susanne also worked as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Analyst, contributing to the development of digital capabilities and new online experiences at Wells Fargo.

Susanne Carr attended University College Dublin from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Susanne then pursued a Masters of Business Studies (MIS) at University College Dublin's Smurfit School of Business from 1999 to 2000.
