Junior Omgevingsmanager Bij Heijmans Infra at Jelmer

Emma Arntz is a Young Professional at Jelmer, focusing on the development of young talent in civil engineering, construction, water management, spatial planning, and energy since November 2022. Previously, Emma served as a Junior Omgevingsmanager at Heijmans Infra, contributing to tender processes and strategic planning. Emma also worked as a Mobility Advisor at the Municipality of Rotterdam, participating in the development of shared mobility hubs. As a Platform Coordinator for RegioIngenieur, Emma facilitated knowledge sharing among specialists in public space across 26 municipalities. Emma's earlier experiences include positions as a Graduate Intern at The Future Mobility Network, where research on delivery robots was conducted, and various committee roles within Dispuut Verkeer and EFR. Emma holds a Master's degree in Transport, Infrastructure and Logistics from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Additionally, an exchange semester in Economics was completed at Stockholm University.
