Ardhmerije Neziraj

Ardhmerije Neziraj currently serves as an Application Manager at sfb Bildungszentrum since December 2023 and as an IT Application Analyst at Jelmoli since February 2022. In the latter role, responsibilities include overseeing the Change Advisory Board for the continuous development of business applications, particularly focusing on ERP systems, coordinating development processes with internal and external teams, and providing technical 2nd-level support. Previous experience includes working as a Research and Development Assistant at V-Zug and as a Web Developer and Scrum Master at clicsoft gmbh, where key tasks involved PHP programming, front-end development, project organization, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams. Ardhmerije Neziraj holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from AKAD University and is pursuing further education at SGO Business School, alongside certification as a Professional Scrum Master from Digicomp Academy.
