Juan Jose Gutierrez

Juan Jose Gutierrez has a wealth of work experience in various industries. In 2008, they founded First Kontact Call Center. From 2003 to 2008, they worked as Manager at Lexicon Marketing, where they successfully developed and established Credit and Collections, Verifications, Catalog Sales, and customer service departments in Tijuana Mexico. Juan Jose was awarded Manager of the Year for their effective management and leadership of a team of 250 people. In 2015, they became the CEO and Founder of Jelp Delivery, a third-party aggregation and orchestration software for On-Demand last-mile delivery. Juan Jose also created a delivery orchestration platform providing unique API integration and best-in-class communication and interface. In 2020, they became a Board advisor and Investor at Optiwe.

Juan Jose Gutierrez obtained their Bachelor's degree in Contabilidad from Instituto Tecnologico de Jiquilpan in 2001. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Personal Leadership & Organizational Culture from WOBI. In 2019, they obtained a certification from the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative in Scaling Up Your Venture.
