Nicole Miller

Nicole Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational capability. Currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at Jemena, Nicole has previously held various leadership roles, including Group Manager for Safety & People Strategy, Systems and Analytics, and Group Organisational Capability Manager. Prior roles include serving as a People and Culture Advisor at World Vision Australia, Programme Manager at SHM Productions, and Recruitment Consultant at Hays Specialist Recruitment. Nicole began their career as a Front Office Representative at Juniper Springs Resort. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Monash University, completed in 2006, and attended Pembroke Secondary College from 1996 to 1997.
