Justin Louie

Justin Louie has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2019. Justin served as the CTO for Jenfi, starting in July 2019. Prior to that, they were an Engineering Manager at ClassPass from January 2019 to July 2019. From August 2015 to January 2019, Justin was the CTO of GuavaPass, where they built the product, led and grew the team, and handled all things tech.

Before that, they founded Archlabs.io Limited in August 2014 and served as its Founder until August 2015. At Archlabs.io, Justin focused on machine learning for banking news and customer up/cross product selling. Justin participated in the UBS Challenge Nov '14 and achieved one of the finalists. Justin also founded Artscience.io, a home automation product company, from October 2013 to September 2014.

From August 2012 to August 2013, Justin worked as a Freelance Developer at IRJustin, where they developed websites, implemented backend search for PHP projects, and handled sys ops deployment and maintenance.

Prior to that, they were the Director of Product and Development at Cut Media, LLC from October 2011 to August 2012. Their responsibilities included team leadership, management, product ownership, and project management.

From February 2010 to February 2012, Justin was the Founder/CEO of Narble, LLC, a startup based on Ruby on Rails and Java with Android. Justin built products to improve daily life, including task management and gaming.

Before starting their own company, Justin worked as a Marketing Analyst at Expedia from June 2011 to October 2011. Justin co-managed worldwide marketing strategy with 3 ad networks and developed machine learning algorithms and interfaces to improve long-tail ad marketing at scale.

Lastly, Justin worked as a Mobile Marketing Contractor at WhitePages, where they managed a US$600k marketing campaign, grew iPhone app downloads by 25% quarter-over-quarter, and resolved a subscription issue worth US$120k/yr by analyzing product statistics.

Justin Louie attended the University of Washington from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
