Danielle Reid

Danielle Reid has significant experience in human resources and people operations. Danielle currently holds the position of Vice President of People Operations at Jenkins Restorations, where they lead the People Ops team and drives strategic and operational people initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People at Definitive, where they focused on talent acquisition and the overall success of the organization. Danielle also held the position of Vice President of People at Potomac Family Dining Group, where they provided leadership in talent management, talent acquisition, and culture alignment. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Thompson Hospitality and held various HR leadership roles at NEW Customer Service Companies. Danielle began their career as Director of Human Resources at Guest Services, Inc. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Danielle Reid holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Frostburg State University. Danielle also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business and Economics from the same university.
