Jose Rojas has a diverse work experience in the agriculture industry, holding various leadership positions in different companies. Jose started their career at Murphy-Brown LLC in 1994 as a Production Manager and later became an Operations Manager, overseeing multiple aspects of the operation and managing a large number of employees. In 2012, they joined Hormel Foods/PFFJ as the Vice President of Farm Operations, responsible for managing farm operations across multiple locations. Since 2017, they have been working at Jennie-O Turkey Store, first as the Director of Live Production and currently serving as the Vice President of Live Production.
Jose Rojas has a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy and Animal Husbandry from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they completed between the years 1987 and 1991. Jose later pursued a Master's degree in Animal Production at Iowa State University from 1991 to 1992, specializing in Business Management, Animal Science, and Statistics.
