Brad Carter

Brad Carter currently serves as the Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Jennie Stuart Health, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Brad Carter accumulated extensive experience at HCA, working from April 1997 to September 2022 in roles including IT&S Senior Project Manager and Systems Implementation Consultant. Earlier in their career, Brad Carter was a Classroom Teacher at Paris Special School District from September 1992 to March 1997. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Education from Murray State University.
