Michelle Roback began their work experience in 1996 at Miller's Outpost/Anchor Blue where they worked as a Senior Buyer for Screen Tees. Michelle then joined Jerry Leigh of California in 1997 as the Executive Vice President of Sales, where they led sales and creative for the licensing division. Michelle managed major accounts such as Target, Walmart, Kohls, Jcpenney, Meijers, FYE, Hot Topic, Box Lunch, Ross, and Burlington, both for branded and private label products. Michelle focused on building relationships with retailers and managing the relationship with licensors.
Michelle Roback attended the University of Arizona from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Fashion Merchandising at FIDM- Los Angeles from 1995 to 1996.
