Dan Diker Ph.D. serves as the President and Director of the Program on Political Warfare at the Jerusalem Center for Security and Foreign Affairs since July 2003. Previously, Dan Diker held the position of Secretary General at the World Jewish Congress from December 2010 to January 2013, during which leadership under Ambassador Ronald Lauder focused on strengthening Diaspora Israel relations, and co-founded the Global Coalition for Israel (GC4I). Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Security Studies with a focus on Counter Terrorism from the University of South Wales, a Master's degree in Government and Counter Terrorism from Reichman University, and an AB in American History from Harvard University.
